SHIPPING

We aim to ship all orders on the same day that you place them. If your order does not ship out the same day, it will ship the following business day. Once you've placed your order you will receive an email with your receipt and tracking information. 

If your order contains a pre-order item, you entire order will ship once the pre-order item is available. To avoid delayed shipment on your entire purchase, we suggest placing a seperate order. *Please note that pre-order items cannot be cancelled after you've made your purchase.

We offer $5 flat rate Media Mail shipping on all orders containing only media related items (movies, CD's, Books, etc). If your order contains media items, plus other general merchandise, your order will no longer be eligible for Media Mail shipping.

We also offer FREE Media Mail shipping on any order containing 3 or more movies!

  • Media Mail can take 2-8 business days to be delivered
  • Media Mail is not traceable/searchable/refundable by the USPS.  
  • If you choose media mail your order is NOT insured. 
  • We will not be responsible for lost/stolen packages. 
  • If you have a lost/missing package, you are responsible for contacting your USPS to initiate the process - https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm
  • We cannot refund a package that is lost/stolen that is shipped with Media Mail.

If you choose Ground Advantage, UPS, Fed Ex, or any other expedited service your items are insured,  after their waiting periods as they conduct their searches.

At this time, we ship only domestically within the United States.

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns up to 14 days after you receive your package. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Your item must be sent back, unopened, in the same condition it was sent to you. Please make sure to package your item(s) carefully, with protection, in the same fashion we packed it for you; if this is not done and the item is destroyed in transit, we will refuse the package. Before sending anything back, please contact us at info@odysseymovies so we can properly assist you. 

We do not offer refunds for damaged slipcovers. If something is obviously dinged, dented or creased, we will make note of it in our listing. We can't guarantee every slip is 100% pristine but we are diligent in accurately representing the condition of packaging for every item when there is blatant wear (from a collector mindset), such as dings, dents, creases, etc.

Discs with playback issues that are a result of faulty manufacturing, will need to be brought to the attention of the respective label. If you need assistance contacting the manufacturer, we will help you get in touch with them. 

We will not refund purchases for a region locked disc, that is not playable on your player. Please make sure to read our FAQ section on Region Coding, and check the product listing to make sure you have the capabilities to play the disc you are purchasing. We're more than happy to assist you if you have any questions!

Used items - We inspect and test all of our used titles. Sales on used items are final.
